I think many places have versions of rape, as we do murder. For example, Rape 1 (forcible rape with a weapon), Rape 2 (forcible rape), Rape 3 (non-consensual sex).

But don’t get me started on the 3.1 - 3.999999 versions where lack of consent becomes, as TAP says, relenting. Pretty sure there’s not a woman alive, and more than a few men, who’ve been in LTR and never just gave in to get it done with. There are many who call this rape. I’d argue if I thought they’d hear me.
